Britney for 'Newlyweds'?

Britney Spears is reported to be in talks to star in MTV's "Newlyweds" series.
The show currently features Jessica Simpson and her husband Nick Lachey, formerly of US boy band 98 Degrees.
Simpson has said that after two series she and Lachey want to end their participation.
She said: "We're not really newlyweds anymore [and now] we can run around our house naked for the first time and not be scared that there's a video camera on."
The couple were married on October 26 2002.
The New York Post reported yesterday [August 18] that Spears and fiancé Kevin Federline are discussing taking over the show.
US Weekly claims: "Britney wants Kevin to be just as famous as she is."
Following tabloid reports that the Spears-Federline wedding was off after the couple rowed at a photo shoot, the ceremony is now reported to have been postponed.
Earlier stories claimed the wedding would take place later this month in the grounds of Spears' new Malibu mansion but the big day is now set to be November 20.
