Sharon's 'Crimewatch' appeal
(Tuesday December 14, 2004 05:00 AM)
Sharon Osbourne is to appear on BBC1's "Crimewatch" tonight [December 14].
She will appeal to viewers for any information relating to the burglary of thousands of pounds-worth of jewellery from the Osbournes' UK home.
As previously reported, Sharon and husband Ozzy were robbed as they slept at their mansion in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire on November 22.
Ozzy wrestled with one intruder before he escaped through a first floor window.
The items stolen include Sharon's three wedding rings, a pearl necklace, a sapphire, a daisy chain necklace and a Franck Muller watch.
She told a press conference: "I came from Brixton. Ozzy came from not a very nice part of Birmingham and everything we've got we have worked our arses off for."
The intruder was described by police as well-built, about 5' 10" tall, wearing a ski-mask, a light-coloured jacket and trainers.
"Crimewatch" is on tonight at 9pm on BBC1.
