Beatles go digital

The recordings of The Beatles are to be made available online for the first time, it has been revealed.
Never before have fans of The Fab Four been able to download music from the group, a situation which will apparently change "soon".
EMI Group vice chairman David Munns announced the news at a music industry conference in San Francisco this weekend, preferring not to give a specific date.
Apple Corps and EMI are also in the process of launching the first Beatles official online merchandise store, reports Music Week.
Meanwhile, a 'new' Beatles album, "LOVE", which is a 78 minute collage of their music, produced by George Martin and his son Giles, is released next Monday.
Created for the Cirque De Soleil stage production of The Beatles' career, which has been running in Las Vegas, features some of their most famous work.
