Jermaine Jackson's bitter estranged wife has filed new court papers claiming the singer is pleading poverty, and questioning his decision to share his bedroom with his girlfriend and their kids.

Alejandra Jackson claims she has been forced to borrow money to pay for gas and car payments, because her husband insists he's struggling financially, and is living off his girlfriend's fortune.

But Alejandra claims Michael Jackson's brother is not as poor as he claims after making a small fortune from his recent appearance on reality TV show Celebrity Big Brother.

In the legal papers, obtained by TMZ.com, she says, "He (claims) he has no income and all of his expenses are paid for by his girlfriend, who coincidentally, suddenly has a Swiss bank account and a Rolls Royce in her name after having worked at Bloomingdales and Macy's."

And Alejandra is using her latest legal attack on Jackson to fight for full custody of the couple's kids, adding, "I have concerns regarding Jermaine's sleeping accommodations for our children while they are in his care. I believe it is unhealthy for our children to sleep in the same bedroom with Jermaine and his girlfriend."

Jackson filed for divorce from Alejandra, who was previously married to his brother Randy, in 2004.
