Pete Doherty burgled
(Monday July 21, 2008 06:18 AM)
Pete Doherty's Wiltshire home was robbed over the weekend, as he performed at the Benicassim Festival, according to reports.
The Babyshambles star is said to have been in Spain when the incident happened, with thieves making off with a number of his possessions.
A guitar worth £3,000 is said to have been stolen, alongside three of the former Libertine's infamous blood paintings.
Doherty went to prison for six months in 2003 after robbing the house of former band mate Carl Barat.
It has also been confirmed that an arrest warrant issued for the singer on Friday has now been withdrawn.
He had become a wanted man after apparently failing to attend a Yeovil court following allegations of an assault on a photographer.
A spokesperson confirmed the news, commenting: "The matter has been resolved and the warrant has been withdrawn."
