Police meet N-Dubz
(Friday November 20, 2009 02:42 AM)
Police carrying out an investigation of rape have been given statements by members of N-Dubz.
Rappers Dappy and Fazer, real names Dino Contostavlos and Richard Rawson, had been sought following the incident at Butlins in Skegness.
The chart-topping act performed at the venue's Naughty Reunion bash on Saturday night.
Junior Edwards, 22, of north London, was arrested the following morning on suspicion of rape and common assault.
A police spokesman has now confirmed that the duo have discussed the case with them, although it is unclear if a third man has also been interviewed.
"Their tour started on Tuesday and today was the first available opportunity they have had to go into their lawyers' office", said an N-Dubz spokesman. Search for N-Dubz music, memorabilia and more on Kelkoo
