Soul singer Joss Stone is helping fellow Brit James Morrison crack America, by begging US audiences to buy his album.

Stone claims she is the Please hitmaker's biggest fan, and is desperate for him to share her Stateside success.

She says, "His voice is f***ing gorgeous. I love it so much. I sing his song Wonderful World in my show. Some Americans know his music, some of them don't. Before the song I'm like: If you don't have a copy of the album Please do yourself a favour and go get it.

"I don't know if he knows but he's such a sweet, nice soul with a killing voice. When you listen to that voice you know he means it. That's all you need to make soul music. It doesn't matter what style you're singing as long as you believe in what you're saying. Americans love that."
